Contestant Love Gill confronted fellow housemate ScoutOP on Bigg Boss 20 after his girlfriend, Kaashvi Hiranandani, questioned their physical closeness during a Weekend Ka Vaar episode, according to a promotional clip and media reports.
The confrontation followed remarks by host Rohit Shetty, who had questioned the nature of Love and ScoutOP's relationship on the reality show. Kaashvi also challenged their interactions and urged ScoutOP to establish boundaries with Love.
According to the promo, Love became upset following the exchange with Kaashvi. She later confronted Scout and said their interactions had damaged her public image and career.
"Mai to kisi ko muh dikhane ke layak nahi rahi, mere character ki tune dhajjiya uda di hai. Bahar ja ke kya bolenge log mere bare mai, jo chize hongi vo erase nahi hogi social media se," Love said, according to the dialogue provided from the promo.
She added that the situation had affected her career.
Kaashvi questions Love and ScoutOP's interactions
Kaashvi questioned ScoutOP, whose real name is Tanmay Singh, about his growing closeness with Love inside the house. She also asked Love whether she behaved similarly with her brothers.
Kaashvi expressed dissatisfaction with Scout's explanation of his relationship with Love and asked him to establish clear boundaries. She also told him to distance himself from Love.
In the promotional footage, Kaashvi criticised the physical interactions between the two contestants. Love, meanwhile, defended her behaviour by explaining that the interactions had seemed normal to her.
The exchange followed growing scrutiny of their relationship inside the house. Both contestants have described their bond as sibling-like, according to media reports.
Rohit Shetty raises concerns over physical closeness
During an earlier Weekend Ka Vaar segment, Shetty questioned Love about her relationship with ScoutOP and referred to instances in which he had massaged her feet, hands and neck.
"When he is massaging your feet, hands and neck, Love, it does not look right. You ask Scout to massage you from behind and he massages your calves. It is not looking good at all," Shetty said, according to reports quoting the episode.
Love described Scout as a brother, while Scout defended his actions by saying he also massaged other contestants when asked.
Shetty said their interactions were creating an unfavourable impression on screen.
