Directed by Buchi Babu Sana, the film has already registered impressive advance booking numbers in several key markets. What makes the trend even more remarkable is that ticket sales in Telangana have not yet opened.
Over ₹10 Crore Advance Sales in Andhra Pradesh
According to trade analyst Ramesh Bala, Peddi has already crossed approximately ₹10 crore in advance bookings from Andhra Pradesh alone.
The film has also generated around ₹1.5 crore in advance ticket sales in Bengaluru, highlighting the strong anticipation among audiences.
Bala stated that these figures clearly indicate the enormous buzz surrounding the film.
₹100 Crore India Gross Opening Expected
Trade experts believe that based on the current booking momentum, Peddi could achieve an India gross collection of nearly ₹100 crore from premiere shows and opening-day screenings combined.
If overseas markets continue to perform at the current pace, the film could reach a worldwide opening-day collection of approximately ₹125 crore.

According to industry observers, Peddi has the potential to become one of the biggest theatrical releases of 2026.
Ramesh Bala expressed confidence that the film will enjoy a blockbuster opening. However, he noted that its long-term success will depend on audience reception, reviews, and word-of-mouth publicity.
Premieres Expected to Generate Huge Revenue
Advance bookings for paid premiere shows have opened in several markets and are receiving an excellent response.
Trade estimates suggest that premiere screenings alone could contribute between ₹15 crore and ₹20 crore before the film's official release.

The strongest advance booking trends are currently being seen in Telugu-speaking regions.
While ticket sales for the Telugu version are performing exceptionally well, bookings for the Hindi version have only recently begun and are gradually picking up pace.

Peddi is scheduled to release a day before Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai.
However, trade analysts believe the two films target entirely different audiences. While Peddi is positioned as a large-scale pan-India action-sports drama, the competing release is a family comedy entertainer.
As a result, industry experts do not expect significant business overlap between the two films.
